Programme Priorities of NEPAD

NEPAD task teams have been designated to investigate the following priority areas:

• Conflict Prevention, management and resolution.
  
  
• Political and Economic governance including capacity building and peer review mechanism and code of conduct;
  
  
• Market Access – promotion of intra-African Trade and increased access to markets of industrialized countries.
  
  
• Developments of Agriculture
  
  
• Human Resource development
  
  
• Provision of key infrastructure to facilitate sub-regional and continental integration – information communication technology ICT, energy, transport and water and sanitization.
  
  
• Increased capital flows
  
  
• Inputs from African experts are required to make NEPAD a reality.
